Tailored specifically for teens, our curriculum teaches important life skills like discipline, perseverance, and confidence, all while creating a fun, supportive environment where they can grow both mentally and physically. With bullying becoming a bigger issue, Jiu Jitsu provides teens with the tools to stand up for themselves and others, while building the strength and resilience to handle life’s challenges, both on and off the mats.

Our teen program offers more than just physical training – with opportunities to compete in local and regional tournaments.
