• Show up 10 minutes before your scheduled trial class
• Stay hydrated and bring water
• Wear activewear/athletic clothes; shorts, leggings (NO ZIPPERS); short sleeve or long sleeve shirt or rash guard (NO TANK TOPS)
• SHOES MUST BE WORN OUTSIDE THE MAT AREA (bring sandals/slides/flip-flops)
• Shoes and socks are not allowed on the mat
• Trim fingernails and toenails short
• Secure long hair with a hair tie (NO PLASTICS/METALS)
• Jewlery, including earrings and bracelets are NOT ALLOWED
• Most importantly, HAVE FUN!

Drop In Fees are: $30 for Non-Checkmat Affiliates. This fee will cover one day for classes and/or open mat. 

Littles (Ages 4-6) can train 2x/week. Classes are on Monday and Wednesday.

Kids (Ages 7-12) can train 3x/week or 5x/week. 3x/week can be either M/W/F or T/TH/F;  5x/week available for additional cost for classes Mon-Fri. 

Beginner Adults and Teens (Ages 13+) can attend 2x/week Monday/Wednesday, plus All-Levels and Open Mat sessions. 

Intermediate Adults and Teens (Ages 13+) can attend 2x/week Monday/Wednesday, plus All-Levels and Open Mat sessions (NoGi available for additional cost)
